As wedding planners in the heart of Paris, every day feels like a dream. We’re fortunate enough to design and coordinate weddings that take place in some of the most romantic and historical venues in the world — the majestic châteaux that surround the City of Lights. Here’s a sneak peek into a typical day for us, filled with creativity, attention to detail, and lots of love.

7:00 AM - Rise and Shine The day begins early. With so many moving parts and every detail needing attention, we’ve learned that starting the day with clarity is key. A quick cup of coffee and a little stop at the local bakery, and we're good to go!

8:00 AM - Venue Visit Our first stop is often a venue check, ensuring everything is perfectly aligned for the wedding we’re organizing. Today, we’re headed to a stunning château just outside Paris, with its sprawling gardens and fairytale-like architecture. We meet with the venue manager to finalize the layout of the reception hall, check on the floral arrangements, and make sure the lighting is just right for the evening.
10:00 AM - Vendor Coordination A big part of our job involves working with the best vendors Paris has to offer. Whether it’s florists, caterers, photographers, or musicians, each supplier plays a crucial role in creating the wedding experience our couples dream of. We have a few calls to make today, confirming the menu with the caterer and discussing the timeline with the photographer. It’s all about ensuring everyone is on the same page so the day runs smoothly.
12:00 PM - Design Meeting Next, we’re in the office for a design session with a couple who will be getting married in another château in a few months. We work with them to fine-tune the theme, décor, and color palette for the big day. These moments are always so special because it’s where the couple’s vision starts to take shape. Today, we’re planning an elegant black-tie affair with crystal chandeliers, long dinner tables adorned with candles, and an exquisite floral arch for the ceremony.

2:00 PM - Lunch Break By now, we’re ready for a quick lunch. It’s usually something simple yet delicious — a baguette with brie and a little French pâté. A well-deserved break before the afternoon rush. We usually love going to some easy and comfy brasseries.
3:00 PM - Wedding Rehearsal In the afternoon, we head to a château for a rehearsal with the bridal party. This is a crucial moment in the planning process, as we go over the ceremony steps with the couple, their families, and the officiant. It’s always such a touching moment, seeing the couple so excited as they prepare for the big day.
5:00 PM - Final Touches We return to the office, where we review final details for all of the upcoming weddings. This is where we double-check everything — from the transportation schedule to the flower deliveries. The magic is in the details, and we make sure that every little thing is taken care of.
7:00 PM - Dinner with a Client Sometimes, our evenings involve meeting with clients for a pre-wedding dinner to finalize last-minute details. This allows us to connect on a personal level and ensure that everything will go according to plan. It’s a nice chance to build a strong rapport and bond with couples before they say "I do."
